He currently serves in the same role for the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the In Re Pradaxa (Dabigatran Etexilate) Products Liability Litigation.

As a result of his experiences in his fields of practice, Michael’s thoughts have been sought out by both the media and his peers. His comment on various litigations has been requested by television, radio, and print media alike. He has even helped educate other lawyers on the topic of class actions by speaking in a CLE presentation entitled “Class Action Basics: Counseling Clients & Negotiating Cases.”
Michael obtained both his undergraduate and legal education in the State of Missouri. He attended college at Missouri State University where he majored in Finance and graduate cum laude. Michael then attended law school at the University of Missouri where he was a member of the Missouri Law Review and had two works published, The Current State of Co-Employee Immunity Under Workers’ Compensation Law, 70 Mo. L. Rev. 1315, and Missouri’s Interfacing of the First Amendment and the Right of Publicity: Is the “Predominant Purpose” Test Really That Desirable?, 69 Mo. L. Rev. 799.
Michael takes great pride in representing injured individuals. He knows his clients are often speaking to him in a time of great need and have nowhere else to turn. Michael knows his job is to level the playing field, and it is one he takes very seriously.
